About Southern Rehab Physical Therapy
Southern Rehab Physical Therapy (SRPT) began as Southern Rehab & Aquatics Physical Therapy in 2005 and was founded by Dr. Trace Kennemore, PT, DPT. What began as a 2,500 sq foot facility with 4 employees has now expanded to 14 employees in a 3,750 sq foot facility. Staff includes four full-time physical therapists and four physical therapist assistants.
SRPT provides outpatient physical therapy services for Marion County and the surrounding area, including North Alabama and Georgia. We also offer physical therapy and occupational services for the Exceptional Education students in the Marion County school system.
